We went to go donate blood today.

After I got done bleeding I had to sit down in the lobby.

I knew I wouldn't be able to hold it. I told one of the employees that I was going to throw up and they got me a garbage can. After I finished. They brought me back to the chairs and leaned me all the way back and put on some ice packs.

Ice pacts in a cool room. It cooled me down, but my breasts got cold and when they get cold they hurt.

After a little while the gradually raised me then I made to the tables and slurping down a couple of juices and munched on chex mex we went to Sonic got some food then went to Lowes

I decided to wait in the car and rest.

We then went to Wal-mart and as soon as I walked in the door I had to throw up again. My husband grabbed a bag and I threw up inside it...and I got some on his pants. We threw away the bag and he got some napkins to clean himself up.

After we finished shopping we came home and I took a nap and drank some sodas.
