Writer's Block: Copy and paste

This aleady happened to me artwise. Someone stole one of my fanarts at DA, altered it and posted it as their own. I was of two moods. The first was, ugh someone stole my art, the second mood was, wait someone thinks my crap is worth stealing? So I was annoyed and flattered.
If it was written work then there will be hell to pay. I will do anything and everything possible to prove that they stole it and make sure they get their just desserts no matter what it will take: lawyers, private investigators, friends who knows a friend who know's a guy in Jersey that has a cousin who has friends that can do it, getting digitized and going into the freaking web to find the info that I need. I would do anything.

okay I have mixed feelings. The first is that I am pissed that someone stole something that I made...and the second is that I am somewhat flattered that someone thought one of my chicken scratches was worth stealing. I'd probably would have been more pissed if they stole something that I wrote.

Funny thing is that I also mentioned that I did not like wasps or eggplant in my Deviant ID and yet I don't see lovers of those two come screeching at me for disliking them.
