Still gotta pack. Going to Florida for a week to see my parents, and my brother.
Started the day by baking cinnamon twists and I cut my thumb twice while trying to get the the dough out of the container. I think there is a papercut virus going around![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
shinga got multiple ones recently.
I went shopping today at Kohls cause I got a 30 percent of thing in the mail if I used my store credit card. I bought a muffin bake pan, cause I don't have one and I love muffins and cupcakes. I also got a cook book for my father. One Christmas gift down. A pretty red blouse that is shiny and has ruffles down the center and a new pair of jeans, and a stuffed penguin for my husband.
They have these cute plushies at Kohls, part of the Kohls cares for kids. They sell them for five bucks each, also kids books for five bucks each and the money goes to charity. They sell them as themes. Like they did a Dr. Seuss theme and they did one with dinosaurs and now it's Curious George. There were little Georges and hippos and penguins.
One the way back I stuck with the feeder cause the traffic for northbound sucks. I knew it was going to suck if I kept to the feeder up to that one intersection with the railroad crossing, so I turned left at the loop, and just my luck. There was a jam on the loop.
After I stopped the car I looked out my right window and I saw this strange mound in clearing where there was a ravine inbetween the woods.
The mound moved. It was a deer! Yes I squeed at the deer as it continued to nibble the grass.
Traffic let up and I got to the road I needed that went all the way to past the Home Depot, on my way home.
Tried to find out about my laptop but the Firedog people were not there, or were to busy. The gy at customer service said they would call back, but they didn't.
Cooked a simple dinner.
Now I gotta pack.
