Pick a fictional character from a fandom I know and I'll answer the following questions to the best of my abilities:
1) What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her. Likewise if you dislike the character.

4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?

He claims to be doing the best for his country and his buisness but he is doing it for himself. He also is too sure of himself and his plans, never thinks of a plan B.

He's the main villian in the sequels. He was the reason why Will and Elizabeth sought out Jack. He owned Davy in the third one, He owned the freaking sea in AWE

No

Pretty good, but like most fandoms they have their share of nutjobs.
5)Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by their relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic)
Lets see I like him with Elizabeth and with Jack.
6)Is there anything about the character you would change?
Maybe have him actually order the Endeavor to fight back, go down in the proper blaze of glory.
7)If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how do you see yourself interacting with him/her? (Would you get along well? Fall in love with? Dislike? Friendly rivalry? etc etc)
If Jack hadn't already done it I would remove his balls

Neither favor or hated thed most
9)Would you hype up this character (if you like) or warn about (if you dislike) to someone whose new to the fandom?
I would just mention he is the main villian in the sequels

At first I thought she had an interesting look, then I thought she was a bitch, cause of her jealousy towards Hitomi,then I liked her. What won her over for me was after Hitomi was revived and she licked her nose.

Well she is the reason the those twins spared Van's life

Not really, except for protect the ones I love part
4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?
I never got into the fandom. I love the series, would do Folken in a heartbeat and I love the fanart, but that is about it.
5) Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by their relationship with any other character(s)? I really don't ship anyone in that series...I really need to see it again
6) Is there anything about the character you would change?
No
7) If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how do you see yourself interacting with him/her? (Would you get along well? Fall in love with? Dislike? Friendly rivalry? etc etc) I would try and befriend her, but I know it would take a while before she would accept me.
8) Does this character make the cut as one of your all time favorites (if you like) or least favorites? Not really in one of my top anything
9) Would you hype up this character (if you like) or warn about (if you dislike) to someone whose new to the fandom? Sure why not, especially if they like cat girls.
10) Is this character popular with the fanbase?
