spacebabie: River Tam and James Norrington...used when I write crossovers. (Squee)
We went grocery shopping today.

Right before we went into the cereal isle we came across some kid's activity books, including one for At World's End. I died right there from laughing at how cartoonish the characters were drawn, the sad thing was the art was still better than Hedgecock's.

Revel craved some peanutbutter Crunch and I wanted Crunchberries, there on the box, along with the good ole Captain, was the pirate Jean Lafoot. The Captain's old rival is back, and on the back of the Peanutbutter crunch the Captain was ridinging an elephant. It looks like the brought the elephant back as well, good cause that Peanut Butter Crunch bird was stupid.

Jean Lafoot, the barefoot pirate! That brings back some memories!

My Honorary Li'l Brother said Captain Crunch was the only kiddie cereal he wasn't allowed to eat, for unspecified reasons - they even got something with the exact same ingredients, but some other brand - of course this made it a special treat.

Heh, now I want some Captain Crunch, and I don't even like kiddie cereals all that much anymore!
