I did it.

My car has insurance.

I drove it to work and back.

It was a short drive, but I did it and it has been a loooong time since I drove without anyone in the passenger's seat.

I still need to work on my parking, but I got it iwthin the lines both times.

and yes...driving freaks me out.

Driving freaks everyone out at first. Just relax and get used to being behind the wheel. Take yourself out during quiet times of the day and just cruise around. It helps build the ability to pay attention to fifty things at once. Congrats!
