two days of 8 hour shifts...back to back.
Yeah yeah I know a lot of people 9-5 shifts five days a week, but they get to do that sitting down. I was on my feet and I retrieved carts thee times yesterday.
Retrieving carts means going out in the hot Texas heat for an hour, removing cats from the parking lot. Safety regulations want us to only psuh them 4-6 at a time.
I think the carts is causing the pain in my left knee, correction , the left kneepit, aka the area in the back of my knee.
At the end of my shift today my feet hurt and my lower back hurts.
Thank God for my mate. He cooked me dinner and I have some Zima and there is ice cream in the freezer.
