Friday night I made pancakes and stored them in the fridge. Made a lot of little pancakes. Plenty for the both of us. I made them Friday night so I wouldn't have to wak up early the next day to make them.
The second batch was peanut butter flavored. Pretty easy to make. Just follow the directions on the box of pancake mix and add a few spoons of peanut butter. I experiment with how I cooked the second batch and many of the peanut butter pancakes came out crepe like, perfect for spreading one side with jelly and rolling them up.
Yesterday Revel bought some more Ghost in the Shell DVD;s and Office Space. I never seen it before. Great movie. After watching it we went to see Revel's mother, watced a few episodes of Star Trek TNG and ate Chinese food.
Did some driving today, more in general traffic, drove round a cul-de-sac and did a K turn.
I had a little leftover shirmp lo mein combo today for a snack. Tonight Salsbury steak, smashed potatoes, and veggies.
