Fulfilling a request for some more of the gingerbread that I made. althugh I fudged around with the recipe, as in used butter instead of oil and add the other half of the pumpkin meat. I didn't want that to go to waste.

The batter smells like a pumpkin pie and I'm enjoying the stuff that stuck to the bowl. If the batter tastes good that probably means this is going to taste good.
