Spent most of Thanksgiving at Revel's grandparents. There was a bigcrowd. There was me, Revel, Revel's parents, his paternal grandparents,Revel's brother His Aunt Randy, His cusins: Camera, Ranger, Cutter, Camera's hubby and his two army buddys who were a spending a nice holiday meal away from Iraq.
There was plenty of stuff to munch on like sausage slices, crackers, cheeses, olives, nuts, M&M's, cookies.
The food was great. There was turkey, smashed potatoes, gravey, stuffing made from scratch,corn, rice, green beans, deviled eggs, cranberry sauce, and Lasagna.
Yes Lasagna. Revel's mother makes great Lasagna, almost as good a my father's. They both need to do an Iron Chef cook off.
We said grace and what we were thanful for.
Then there was dessert. There were two pumpkin pes, chocolate cream pie, lemon merigne pie, cheese cake brownie squares and another cake.
After we chilled around the house, played some Trivia Pursuit and then returned to the apartment.
and now for TODAY.
I had to wake up at seven in the morning, two hours earlier than what I am used too. I put on a sleeveles sweater and a skit and wore my blunt toed, short heels. I hate skirts. It's not just the mibility factor but I hate how they ride up when I sit down.
It was foggy and 57 degrees utside, wich meant hosiery. Luckily I have only knee highs.
We drive all the wayt to the bearest Petshotel (Wich is 28 miles from us) I found out there were a few communication snafus and had to reschedual my interview, wich would have been tomorrow.
Turns out I am going t have to reschedual again for December. This means I have to find something else.
Fack! I really wanted this job too.
