or how I spent the fourth.
Instead of feasting on burgers and holding a sprkler whilewatching pretty fieroworks I ate home made stir fry, consoled the firghtened dogs and watched the Twilight Zone Marathon.
It was pretty cool seeing some of those classic episodes...although I have seen them spoofed on the Simpsons and in the Twilight Zone movie.
I don't know...being turned into a jack in the box and being sent to the cornfield just doesnt have the same impact as having your mouth removed and being sent to "Cartoon Land."
and whenever I think of monsters on airplane wings I don't think of Captain Kirk I think of Dick Solomon.
Funny how Shatner got the role of the Big Giant Head on Thrid rock of the sun...and in one episode they did a parody.
Dick: "There is something on the wing."
Mary: "That's the engine."
The opening scene of the movie scared me when I first saw it. Well I was about 7 or 8 at the time.
A lot of timne travel episodes. I liked the one where the guy goes back and tries to prevent a school house from being burned down, and it turned out he was the one who caused the school house being burned. Very Gargoyles/Harry Potter like.
and I checked. The Twilight Zone movie isn't on DVD yet. :pouts:
