Not really attacked, but it has happened three days in a row.

Wednesday night I'm on the couch, laptop on lap and Charisma curled up next to me. The edge of her fur was brushing against my skin just slightly, but slightly enough to cause it to itch. I scratch, my knuckles brush her backside and she jumped.

And one claw gets impaled in my skin and kind of caught. Will had to remover her claw from me. I have this small little sctatch that is about less than two centimeters long. My skin around that happens to be raised up and the bulge is twice the size of the scratch and that is covered and surrounded by redness that is even three timze the size of the bulge. I dab on a little neosporin and a bandage that is the size and shape of a postage stamp.

Last night while making Kaitlin's dinner Kaylee decided to flop herself down on the floor, in the middle of the kitchen. I take a step back and foot slammed down on tabby taul. Kaylee screeched, jumped up and I had two long scratches on my leg that were covered with dark red beads. I blotted it with tissue and put on some more neosporin.

Today. No redness or swelling on tiny claw wound on the arm although there is a teeny bit of bruising next to it and sctatches look like scratches on leg and Kaylee spent most of the time trying to hang with me, cuddle with me, meow pitifully and purr loudly. I apologized for stepping on her tail and told not to get in the way in the future.

And today Shark Week has officially started.

LOL, yeah cats can be all over the place. Particularly underfoot.

There's one cat here that lies to stretch himself out on the stairs. I've gotta step carefully over him to avoid taking a tumble.
