I celebrated Pancake Day yesterday with pancakes for dinner along with some eggs and special Italian style little smokies that were made with chicken meat and filled with provolone cheese.
I used the scoop from the slider grill to spoon out the batter into the frying pan and they were perfectly round and a good size.
