There was a tornado warning in my area. I took the cats and we all bunkered in the pantry. They weren't too happy about being in there, but the fact I was with them.

Everything is okay now.

It was scary, but didn't quite compare to the fear I felt during the tornado out break in Central Florida back in 98. My neck of the woods was unharmed, but holy cow.

Scary. But it's an opportunity to do emergency prep stuff too. Put aside 3 days worth of transportable supplies - food, water, clothes and meds for everybody including the kitties just in case.
