Okay, got the home made cranberry sauce chilling in the fridge. I have a new cooking sound that I like to hear: the sound of cranberries popping.

I also made corn flan and peas with caramalized pearl onions.

OK, i googled 'corn flan' and got so many completely different things, I have to ask what it is?? One calls it a bread, one sounds like a custard... My mom was intrigued. *L*

Flan is a custard. They have it on the dessert menu on many Latin restaurants.
