It was rich and morbid and beautiful. Most of the colors were muted, greys and sepia, but when he does use color, such as in Mrs Lovett's daydream he uses the most vibrant ala Willie Wonka.

Alan Rickman was creepy on a whole new level with the way he peeped in on Joanna and wanted to marry her.

Part of me cheered on the inside when Todd killed Borat.

At the end when Joanna was brought to the barber shop dressed as a boy I had a creepy thought that Todd was going to kill her. That was a shock that the crazy woman turned out to be his wife and he killed her. Beautiful death when he accepted his death while he held his wife in his arms.

That was one of my favorite parts. She was all happy and in each scene he was being Broody McEmopants.
