You know, I saw this on Customers Suck too. The entire situtation is wrong. The guy shouldn't have cut a deal. He should have gotten a good attorney and fought it. I hope the public pressure being generated will help mitigate his sentence, but I doubt it's going to make this go away. Too bad. Why do people have to be such killjoys and jerks?
