We first wanted to go to the two thirty show, even purchased the tickets online, but the theater was crawded, no place to sit. We traded our tickets in for three fourty.
and now for the Good showing of Ron being a git in the beggining. I wanted to smack him.
I wanted to smack both him and Harry at the Yule Ball after the way they treated the Patil sisters.
Glad the kept in the scene with Draco being turned into a ferret.
The Dragons were awsome and the scene where they each drew their dragons made me think of the fire lizards from Pern.
Also loved the underwater scene with the gilly weed.
Neville "I've killed Harry Potter"
Cedric was cute and Jen was right, so was Barty Jr.
Fred and George ruled every scene they were in.
Never thought Voldemort would look so effemninate
The scene with Harry carrying Cendric's body was touching. I loved the fact that he wouldn't let Dumbledore touch him.
On a downside I am not sure why they kept in Rita Skeeter if they were not going to show the howlers or Rita getting her comeuptance
This was a better movie than the PoA

Date: 2005-11-21 04:13 am (UTC)From:The first movie had a whole bunch of deleted scenes, and while those weren't spliced into the dvd, they HAVE been spliced into the televised versions of the movie and make for a much stronger movie. I'd like to believe the case is the same with the other movies, especially the later onces since the fourth-6th books are all like, 3 times longer than any of the first books in the series.
Pity Peeves is just never never gonna show up...
