So many to choose.

I'm a big fan of crepes with Nutella and either strawberries, bananas or both.

There is this place in Tennessee called Red Rooster that had amazing pancakes and waffles. One of the pancakes is the chocolate eclair where they layered the cream custard inbetween each pancake and topped it with chocolate sauce.

And I really loved the cream cheese souffle pancakes I made one time and topped it with strawberries. I should post that recipe.
