Mar. 6th, 2006 01:56 pmMy head cold is dead. The ears have popped.
SATURDAY-Filled out several application forms for Dollar Tree, Office Depot, Pier 1, a Blockbuster and an Furniture/appliance store.
Blockbuster had the job application kiosk, but it wasn't a computer...well maybe it will be when it grows up.
Returned home and finished watching Nadesico. This was one anime where I didn't memorize all their names...cause with a cast that big it's hard. Instead we refere to characters as Fangirl with Glasses, Green haired tough girl, pervy tech guy and The Queen Bitch.
Revel and I both thought Akito would have been better of with Green haired tough gal and Yurika with Jun.
SUNDAY-Drove all the way to the food basket, got a newspaper and some toothpaste and Revel drove the rest of the way to his parents house where we did laundry and watched the Awards. Revel's mom made a great home made ministrone soupe and cooked us some corned beef, spinach and cheesy potatoes.
The awards. Great opening as always Jon was awsome. Didn't see any of the nominated films so I didn't really give a dang who won and who didn't. Shocked that Crash won best picture. Looks like the Academy can still surprise ya.
and I was right. Allready people are bitching that Brokeback won and playing the homophobic card.
Today...just finished editing my Anthology fic. Revel is going to Beta it for me.
