The weeping Therapy

When you are feeling depressed or bitchy do the following.
1. Find a nice selcuded and comfortable room.
2. Sit or kneel on either the floor, or a couch, or a bed.
3. Imagine all the crap that's causing you to feel bad and all the bad feelings to liquify, become an evil puddle in the middle of your body.
4. Cry. You don't have to go into full boo hoos but just let the tears flow. Imaagine the tears as that liquid evil and you are flushing it out of your body.
5. Breath in and exhale deeply
6. When you are finishing visualize the stuff that makes you happy. Going to the beach, caramel...the true love in your life.
I did it last night while suffering throug a bout of block and I felt better and was able to finish the scene.
For guys who feel they are too tough to cry: imagine the evil turning to gas and just burp it out. turn it into a game (I know men make up burping games)
