Nov. 29th, 2009 04:59 pmWent to Ren Fair yesterday.
Great to walk around and see all the people who are in costume and check out the different shops. We went with Autumn and she did some of her Christmas shopping there.
We saw swordsmen, archers, fairies, elves, noblemen and ladies, bar maids, pirates, a samurai, a troll, an Ent and a centaur.
My huasband was real interested in the knives and swords. I was mor interested in the fantasy creature figurines. I got a new dragon. Glittery and blue with a sword. Revel got a green one riding a motorcycle and a beautiful new windchime for the house. It's made out of polished agate slices.
Today we got a tree. A six foot plastic tree from Walgreens for 20 dollars. We also got some lights for it.
At the grocery store I stocked up on some baking supplies and got a couple more outside decorations along with milk and a gift card for my brother, one of those that has an option out of four different restaurants.
