Is there a difference?

From what I have seen based on screengrabs is that Photoshop looks a lot like Photoshop Elements...Wich is what I have. I have wondered if there was a difference.

Took down the tree yesterday. Unscrewed the top, pulled out the branches and put it away. That plastic plant has been in the family longer than me...but now it feels like January.

Actually it doesn't feel like Janary. :::Stares at Deskttop Weather::: WTF 81 degrees???
