These shoes were made for walking.

For nearly two weeks I've been walking the dogs while wearing my John Kerry's(Flip-flops)They were not much protection and did not provide the right kind of support I needed.

A few days ago i stepped on a stick and it broke and fell back on my toe and broke the skin near the nail, and the past few days my left Achilles has been sore.

I also have some interesting tan lines on my feet

Today I'm wraing socks and my laceless blue sneakers. I hope my feet will gradually heal.
