So I finally saw it

and by IT I mean the trainwreck where Michael Bay messed with my childhood.

This movie was already on my wait til DVD to see list and I am glad I waited.

Don't get me wrong, the robots looked cool, when we actually got to see the robots.

Took too long for Optimus and the others to arrive.

Shakey camera action, needless slowmoes, and when we get to the battle we have all been waitng for...BAM more focus on Sam.

I did squee when the Autobots arrived and Optimus spoke.

I cringed when Optimus said "My bad" Gah! No!

VG Cats were right. Transform and Product Place. I swear you could make a drinking game out of the movie and take a sip whenever you see a product by GM or Hasbro. (A Furby on a truck, the little girl with a plush My Little Pony)

I admit I did like the dialogue between Sam and his parents.

Lets see, Robots were cool, transformations were cool. Millitary battles were well done, but the rest was feh.

I got my first temp gig tomorrow. It is only for one day, but I am atleast getting my feet wet.

Michael Bay has been messing up cinema well before this. But, yeah, the robots were cool. I even liked what they did with Megatron.

The My Little Pony was the only thing I really liked about the movie... I have fifty My Little Ponies from my childhood in storage, I admit it!!

[ahem] Anyway... damn, I hated that movie. I didn't want to see it, but I was invited to the movies, so what the heck. At least I wouldn't spend any money. Sometimes I think I went to see the wrong movie. Was that a Transformers film? It focused so much on the humans!

I barely remember what it was about. Something about a teen romance, the army, a talking car, a giant cube... oh, I think it had some robots in it, too.

There was a Furby? I don't remember. Ah, product placement. Gotta love it!
